Are you read to meet your new favorite jewelry shop? Prepare yourself – because it’s about to get real good.
I actually discovered Fresh Tangerine through an unlikely source – my boyfriend – after he gifted me their wonderful gold Ampersand Ring on my birthday. It’s playful and pairs perfectly with the majority of my current jewelry. I’ve recommended them to so many friends (and boyfriends of friends looking for good gift ideas!) – and now own a few different Fresh Tangerine pieces.
Fresh Tangerine makes all their jewelry by hand – which is impressive, seeing as their jewelry is so dainty and detailed. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had secretly had cute little elves making their adorable rings, bracelets and necklaces, adding the finishing (tiny) touches like mini-lightening-bolts and gold hearts.
And now, you get a chance to win a set of stackable rings from the wonderful Fresh Tangerine crew! The best thing is – you can pick which rings you want, and they will custom make them for you, in your ring size. Pretty sweet giveaway, so you should probably enter.
Entering to win Fresh Tangerine‘s stackable ring set is easy – just use the Rafflecopter widget below! If you are on Instagram, go to my profile (@NatashaJarmick) to find a way to get a bonus entry as well. Good luck!
Outfit Details: Chambray Button Down, GAP | Chunky Knit Sweater, H&M (similar here) | Patched Boyfriend Jeans, GAP (also love these) | Buffalo Leather Clutch, Ampersand As Apostrophe (awesome local Seattle shop) | Clogs, Urban Outfitters
CLOGS. I finally got a pair. I’ve been eyeing the grandmas-favorite for a few months now – but couldn’t bring myself to shell out over $200 for a pair – knowing I wouldn’t wear them often enough to make the price worth it. So when a friend forwarded me the link to a pair from Urban Outfitters – that were real leather and wood – and UNDER $40 – I freaked. Then I immediately bought them. Now I’m breaking them in you guys, like Cher.
Do you have a pair of clogs? Isn’t it surprising how comfortable they are? Beyond the ouchies of breaking the leather in – they are incredibly comfy, though a bit clunky. I really do tromp around my office in them – but I know all the darting eyes are just basic bitches jealous because they didn’t know clogs were on trend, and now they have to spend their PSL budget for the week on a new pair.
Also – a note about that chambray shirt you wore and wore this summer. It gets to stay around for fall! It’s the perfect under-sweater companion – I even had a blog post last year doing the same thing with a different chambray shirt.
That’s all for me, today. I hope you’ve been enjoying all my ranting over on Twitter lately – it’s getting real over there.
I’ve had ombre hair for a couple years now. It’s been fun. Flipping my hair around, feeling like that tan, Cali girl who somehow ended up in cloudy Seattle. But, I will always return to my roots: dark hair. And in this case, I went even darker.
I paired the solid dark color with a collar-bone length cut (which apparently looks good on everyone). I’m in love with the deep color – it’s rich and my hair is bouncy and shiny again (until I ruin it and get back to the salon for them to fix…hehe). Normally, I go to Gene Juarez to get my color/cuts done – but this time I ventured to a new salon in Seattle. Robert Leonard Salon & Spa did an incredible job – and I fell in love with both my colorist and stylist. Eric Weir did the color – and I was so impressed with the results seeing as it was a drastic change. Then, Tyson Rogers did the cut. What a joy Tyson was – he’s one of those perfectly enjoyable people who can chat Beyonce, cut your hair and look fabulous all at the same time. I highly recommend both of these talented men if you are looking for a hair update.
Enough talk. Here’s more hair pictures. And if you are thinking about getting a mane-change, definitely consider checking out the RL Salon.
Hair color and cut was courtesy of Robert Leonard Salon. My comments about the salon are my honest opinions.
