There is something that I just love about the red & light pink combo, ever since I saw Rachel Bilson wearing it earlier this year. I got this necklace at H&M for $15…a freaking steal (they also have blue – I had to stop myself from buying it!). I paired the bright red with black & white stripes (cropped top from Target), white belt & pale pink pleated skirt (vintage).
Well enough about the outfit. This past week, I discovered something called Pinterest, and now I’m completely obsessed with it. Basically you have different board that you can “pin” things to, online. It allows you to save cool ideas, fashion inspirations, quotes, DIY projects and anything else you heart desires. So I've been seeing amazing nail art everywhere...and this is my first attempt. I call these "sprinkle cake" nails. Will be trying again - and hopefully improving - on my nail art skills.

Wow!! Really love this. I’m in love with pleated skirts, and this is a combo I hadn’t seen with them, and I love when someone shows me a whole new set of possibilities with a fashion item.
